Question: Is Pueraria Mirifica safe to use?

    Answer:

Pueraria Mirifica has been studied extensively for safety and research has consistently determined it is safe to take. It is non-carcinogenic (doesn’t cause cancer), 100% natural and allergies to Pueraria Mirifica are very rare. One study on rats found water to be more toxic than Pueraria Mirifica.

Question: Who shouldn’t take Pueraria Mirifica?

    Answer:

Pueraria Mirifica should not be used by children, women younger than 18/20 years old, anyone on hormone replacement therapy, women with cysts of the breast, ovary or uterus, anyone who has had estrogen related cancers, pregnant women or nursing mothers.

Question: Can i take Pueraria Mirifica and birth control pills?

    Answer:

The interaction between Pueraria Mirifica and birth control is inconclusive and women report different results from taking the two together. Some claim the combination enhances breast size even more so than Pueraria Mirifica alone. Others claim the two together resulted in an irregular menstrual cycle, and it is unclear whether Pueraria Mirifica lowers the efficacy of the birth control pill. The best advice is to consult your doctor before taking Pueraria Mirifica in combination with birth control especially if sexually active and wanting to avoid pregnancy.

Question: Can Male to Female Transgendered People Take Pueraria Mirifica?

    Answer:

Yes, Pueraria Mirifica is safe for transgendered people and can increase the natural breast size of transgendered women. However, the effects will be less dramatic compared to biological women because transgendered women have less estrogen receptors in the body that will respond to Pueraria Mirifica’s youth enhancing properties.

Also, transgendered women on a prior estrogen regimen should consult their doctor before beginning Pueraria Mirifica as the combination may be too potent and have negative side effects. If this is the case, using the creams or serums is a good alternative to taking the capsules and should show results in combination with an estrogen regimen.

Question: What is the best way to take Pueraria Mirifica?

    Answer:

Pueraria Mirifica can be taken several different ways and those taking it may have to experiment as to what is most effective for them. The most common way to take it is in 15 day cycles beginning on the first day of menstruation followed by no supplementation for 15 days then supplementation 15 days later regardless of the next menstruation cycle. Some women have found taking it 15 days after menstruation begins works best for them (i.e. the exact opposite schedule). Others prefer to take it every day.

Capsule supplements should be taken two-three times a day preferably after the meals (30 minutes after). The recommended dosage is 600-800 mg a day. Each capsule we sell is 100 mg so this means at least six capsules should be taken each day. Studies have found taking with a meal high in calcium can slightly increase absorption of the product but Pueraria Mirifica is still absorbed in the absence of a meal.

Question: How much Pueraria Mirifica should I be taking daily?

    Answer:

Until maximum breast enlargement is reached, 600-800 mg/day is the recommended daily dose. Once the breasts have been enlarged, one can reduce their intake by half and still retain larger breast size. As it does take time for the body to become used to Pueraria Mirifica supplementation, beginning with a smaller dose of 300 mg/day for the first 5 days is recommended to minimize any negative side effects of Pueraria Mirifica. Then increasing to 600 mg for five days and if desired up to 800 mg for full breast enhancement potential.

If using Pueraria Mirifica for other reasons than breast enlargement, 400 mg/day proved sufficient to achieve improved hair, complexion, and to reduce hot flashes in menopausal women.

Question: How long will it take until I notice increased breast size?

    Answer:

This varies person to person but typically within one month people notice results with maximum enlargement occurring 3-4 months after supplementation begins. Some women have noticed results as quickly as five days.

Question: How should I use the serum or creams?

    Answer:

The serums and creams should be applied directly to the breast starting at the base and covering the entire breast. Ideally, this is applied twice a day; however, once a day will still improve results. Topical applications should occur everyday and not be cycled on and off like the capsule supplements.

Question: Can I ONLY use the serums or creams?

    Answer:

It is not recommended to use just only the serums or creams for breast enlargement as the results will be minimal. It is best to use these in conjunction with the capsule supplements.

If already on an estrogen regimen, using just the serums/creams will enhance the effects of Pueraria Mirifica.

Question: Can I ONLY use the capsules?

    Answer:

For maximum breast enlargement results it is best to use the capsules in conjunction with the serums or creams. However, it is not necessary to use the serums or creams as the majority of the effect comes from the capsules. If taking Pueraria Mirifica for other reasons than breast enlargement, the serums and creams are unnecessary.

Question: Does Pueraria Mirifica have any negative side effects?

    Answer:

Although uncommon, some women do experience negative side effects from Pueraria Mirifica. The most common is increased sensitivity in the breast tissue. Another infrequent side effect is an increased time that a woman experiences her period. With continued use of Pueraria Mirifica, these side effects usually disappear as the body becomes used to the effects of Pueraria Mirifica.
